DePuy ASR Lawsuits Move Forward in New Jersey, With Scheduling of First Bellwether Trial, Bernstein Liebhard LLP Reports

The judge overseeing hundreds of DePuy ASR lawsuit claims in New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County, has scheduled the proceeding’s first bellwether trial for October 21, 2013. According to an Order issued on May 24th, discovery for the first New Jersey trial involving the recalled metal-on-metal hip implant device will conclude a little over one month prior, on September 13th.
