MRI Findings in Painful Metal-on-Metal Hip Arthroplasty
(Shows the importance of an MRI in my opinon over and above just having a sonogram. Remember, the protocal used at HSS is the Mavrik MRI which is not the most common protocal in most hospitals. Most hospitals use the MARS MRI which does not have the same level of resolution for identifying soft tissue damage.) The Mavrik MRI has the best diagnositc capabilities.)
